There he learned to think like an entrepreneur, and strive to make every customer a raving fan. Subsequently he advanced through a rewarding tenure at a Top-100 global brand. His experience includes multiple national product launches, communications campaigns, as well as building a multi-million dollar B-to-B service group.

Cathy is a seasoned marketing communications strategist that helps brands find their voice and connect with people - as people - on a deeper level. Endlessly curious about human nature, brands and culture. Her work is focused on the intersection of research, insight, and brand storytelling. Cathy spent years as a highly sought-after senior strategist and researcher. Today she shares her experience as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University.
